Simple Lavender Syrup
Over Medium heat combine 2 cups of water and 1/2 cup sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Stir in 3 tbsp culinary grade lavender and remove from heat.
Allow to steep for at least 2 hours, Strain through a sieve pressing on the lavender buds to release the flavors
Mix the syrup in with lemonade, add to a latte or mix with sparkling water for a decadent and fragrant drink!
Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
